Envoy Solutions has purchased General Chemical & Supply Inc.

The acquisition of the Moorestown, New Jersey-based distributor expands Envoy Solutions’ presence and client portfolio in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Financial details of the transaction, Envoy Solutions’ ninth acquisition since August 2021, were not disclosed.
