Aramark has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Philadelphia-based Starr Restaurant Organization (Starr Restaurants).

Per the terms of the agreement, Aramark will have exclusive licensing to operate designated Starr Restaurants concepts and brands within multiple lines of its business, while providing national visibility to the independent restaurant group. The two organizations will exchange creative and operational knowledge among culinary and senior leadership teams. Aramark will also maintain a minority ownership position in Starr Restaurants.
