Triple S announced its newly elected board of directors and executive committee at the buying group’s annual stockholders meeting earlier this month.

For 2024, Triple S has added two new directors to its board—Jerry Kelly of EnviroClean and PR Chemical & Paper Supply’s Shawn Snyder. Joining them on the board are the following elected directors:

• Michael R. Chiappe, California Janitorial Supply
• Kenneth R. Crutcher, Kenway Distributors Inc.
• Joseph M. Ellis, Lansing Sanitary Supply Inc.
• Daniel Josephs, Spruce Industries
• John Slater, Performance Chemical & Supply Inc.
• John B. Treat, Treat’s Solutions LLC
• Adam Uselman, Bruco, Inc.
• Bobby Zagers III, Gem Supply Company Inc.
