Source Supply Co. Inc. has acquired E.J. Sprague Co. (EJS).

Source Supply’s acquisition of the Elkton, Maryland-based janitorial supply distributor increases its geographical presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. This marks the second major acquisition for Source Supply this year.
