Office Pride Marks 30th Anniversary
Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services recently marked its 30th year of business.
Office Pride founder and CEO Todd Hopkins developed the company’s business model while researching the commercial cleaning industry and pursuing his MBA at Butler University. Hopkins signed his first customer March 1, 1992, and began franchising the company in 1996. Today, Office Pride has nearly 150 franchise locations across 25 states.
“In developing a business plan for my MBA project, I interviewed the leaders of several large cleaning companies and asked what they would do differently if they were just starting their companies and their goal was to deliver ‘total customer satisfaction,’” said Hopkins. “Then I took what I learned and combined it with my experience and education to create a vision for Office Pride.”
