Imperial Dade has acquired Tepe Sanitary Supply for an undisclosed sum.

Tepe is family founded and currently led by Steve Tepe. Imperial Dade’s acquisition of the Elkhart, Indiana-based distributor expands the company’s geographical presence and client base in the Midwest. Tepe is the 49th acquisition for the company under its current leadership team.
