Imperial Dade has acquired Pro-Tech Sanitation Ltd. for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.

Founded in 1997 by Riccardo Capocci, St. John, Canada-based Pro-Tech distributes janitorial supplies throughout Canada’s Atlantic provinces. The purchase further expands Imperial Dade’s presence in Canada; earlier this year, the company purchased Repentigny, Canada-based Royal Net. This marks the 89th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
