Imperial Dade Acquires Canpaco

Imperial Dade has purchased Canpaco Inc., Crystal Poly Converters, Arcadian Paper Converters Inc., and Canadian Paper & Packaging Co. LTD (collectively known as Canpaco) for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.

“I enthusiastically welcome the Canpaco family to Imperial Dade Canada,” said Stephane Lapointe, Imperial Dade Canada president. “Now together, we look forward to building upon already established success and continuing to find ways to better serve our customers and vendor partners.”

“The Canpaco family is excited to join a platform that is aligned with us in our approach to customer service,” Appel added. “Imperial Dade’s breadth of products and services make them the perfect partner.”
