W.W. Grainger Inc. has been named one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Women by Fortune magazine and the Great Place to Work® Institute.

Fortune’s annual list was determined using Great Place to Work’s For All methodology, which surveyed more than a million U.S. employees from more than a thousand companies. The survey encouraged workers to share quantitative and qualitative feedback about their organization’s culture. The institute then weighted responses based on their relevance in developing an equitable workplace for women.
