Solenis, parent company of Diversey, has acquired Norwegian chemical supplier Lilleborg from Orkla ASA.

Based in Oslo, Norway, Lilleborg supplies professional cleaning solutions to the Norwegian market. The company is a long-time partner of Diversey in the region. The purchase expands Diversey’s presence in Norway and provides its food and beverage customers with an expanded portfolio of water treatment solutions and other products.
