4M Building Solutions has purchased Overland Park, Kansas-based facility service provider SG360.

The acquisition of SG360 expands 4M’s geographical reach into five new markets— Oklahoma, Virginia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Led by president and CEO David Harvey, SG360 will be integrated into the 4M Building Solutions brand, adding 1,200 new team members and a customer portfolio that includes 708 job sites. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
