Registration Now Open for 2025 ISSA Clean Advocacy Summit

Early access registration is now open to ISSA members for the largest Capitol Hill fly-in event for the cleaning and facility-solutions industry, the 2025 ISSA Clean Advocacy Summit, March 31-April 1 in Washington, DC. ISSA, the worldwide cleaning and facility solutions industry association, is hosting the 2025 summit with support from INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry; the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC); and the Workplace Solutions Association (WSA). In 2024, the summit brought a record 120+ attendees from 32 states, who visited 133 congressional offices in our nation’s capital to advance the legislative priorities for the industry.

“The 2025 summit is a can’t-miss, unique opportunity to help shape the future of the cleaning and facility-solutions industry,” said ISSA Director of Government Affairs John Nothdurft. “Participation is critical for industry leaders to engage with a new administration, as well as build new and even stronger relationships with members of Congress around issues such as labor, workforce development, taxes, regulations, and more.” The summit also will serve as the culminating celebration of International Cleaning Week, March 23-29, 2025.

Schedule

On the first day of the 2025 summit, attendees will receive the inside scoop on the public-policy priorities facing their business and the cleaning and facility-solutions industry, including labor and supply-chain issues, promoting healthy workplaces, ending period poverty, and more. They also will get an insider perspective on the new Congress and administration, receive expert training on how to be an effective ISSA Advocate for Clean, and network with leaders from across the industry.

On the second day, attendees will apply their new knowledge and skills by heading to Capitol Hill to meet with their congressional delegation to advance the industry.

2024 ISSA Clean Advocacy Summit Wrap-Up

Here’s what 2024 summit attendees had to say about their summit experience:

“It’s quite rare for me to dwell on a conference days or weeks after it’s ended, but the 2024 ISSA Clean Advocacy Summit was an exception. I left feeling empowered and brimming with new ideas that continue to resonate with me.” John C. Banta, CIH IICRC Delegation

“As a first-time attendee, I was nervous and excited. I was paired with some awesome individuals that made the experience more relaxing. The staffers we met with were very engaging. It was an overall nice experience that I would definitely do again.” Kareen Jones, Project Manager, Didlake

“As a manufacturer, the ability to connect and advocate with and for our customers is invaluable. It opens insights on how our products are used and understood, as well as how we can leverage our position with legislators and regulatory agencies to help our downstream customers. It is a great event!” Rebecca Kaufold, Manager of Government Affairs & Sustainability, Spartan Chemical Company
